Triage profile
The Triage profile allows for vital signs capture without alarms or access to the Patients
tab.
Saving vital sign measurements (Intervals Monitoring,
Spot Check, and Triage profiles)
In the Intervals Monitoring, Spot Check, and Triage profiles, you can manually save vital
sign measurements to the monitor. This procedure saves measurements displayed on
the Home tab, along with associated patient identification and modifiers.
After taking a patient reading, touch Save.
A message appears indicating a successful or failed save.
Note During intervals, measurements displayed on the Home tab, along with
associated patient identification and modifiers, are automatically saved
after each interval measurement is acquired and when some alarm
conditions occur. You can manually save measurements as well.
Note The monitor does not retain Direct mode temperatures in memory.
Therefore, it is important to note the temperature before removing the
probe from the measurement site and then manually record it in the patient
record.
