Prüfungen und Wartung
4.1 Tests
NOTES - Tests:
The user must check all ACROBAT Swing products with re-
gard to the following points:
WARNING - Electrical shock:
For all testing work, power off the equipment, pull out
the plug and secure the equipment from being swit-
ched on again accidentally.
Repeated inspections:
Repeated inspections must be carried out in accor-
dance with DIN EN 62353.
Twice a year:
• Damage to paint
• Cracks in plastic parts
• Deformation of the support system
Annually:
• Check the fastening bolt on the lower side of the tri
pod base and if required, tighten it.
• Check the securing segment according to chapter
5.2, „Greasing the securing segment“, and grease it.
In case of any damage or faults, please inform your
supplier.
4.2 Maintenance
NOTE - annual maintenance:
All ACROBAT Swing products should be checked once a year
with regard to the following, and maintenance carried out
accordingly:
• Function test
• Electrical safety test
• Checking the support system
Your supplier is informed and trained as regards the
scope of the maintenance work.
4.1 Prüfungen
HINWEIS - Prüfungen:
Alle ACROBAT Swing Produkte sind vom Betreiber auf die fol-
genden Punkte zu prüfen:
WARNUNG - Stromschlag:
Bei allen Prüfungsarbeiten Gerät spannungslos schal-
ten / Netzstecker ziehen und gegen Wiedereinschal-
ten sichern.
Wiederkehrende Prüfungen:
Die DIN EN 62353 ist bei der Durchführung von wie-
derkehrenden Prüfungen zu beachten.
Halbjährlich:
• Lackschäden
• Risse an Kunststoffteilen
• Verformung des Tragsystems
Jährlich:
• Befestigungsschraube an Unterseite Stativfuß kontrol-
lieren und gegebenfalls nachziehen.
• Sicherungssegment nach Kapitel 5.2, "Sicherungsseg-
ment fetten" kontrollieren und fetten.
Bei eventuell auftretenden Störungen oder Schäden
verständigen Sie bitte Ihren Lieferanten.
4.2 Wartung
HINWEIS - jährliche Wartung:
Alle ACROBAT Swing Produkte sind einmal jährlich auf die
folgenden Punkte zu prüfen/warten:
• Funktionsprüfung
• Elektrische Sicherheitsprüfung
• Überprüfung des Tragsystems
Ihr Lieferant ist über den Umfang und Inhalt der War-
tungsarbeiten informiert und geschult.
