Version 1.1 Assembly and Installation Solar Panel Wall or Deck Mounted Installation 1. 2. 3. 4. Choose an area that receives the maximum amount of sunlight possible. Use the mounting holes located on the base of the solar panel to mark the mounting surface for installation. See Fig 1. Set the bracket on the surface you have chosen and secure it in place with the 3 smaller screws and anchors provided. Adjust the angle of the Solar Panel to ensure it receives optimum sunlight.

Version 1.1 Operation 1. 2. 3. 4. Allow the unit to charge from the solar panel for at least 3 days with the switch in the ‘Off’ position prior to initial use. This will ensure optimum performance and maximum illumination. Located on the side of the lamp head there is a switch with two positions. See Fig 3. a. ‘On’ – When the switch is in the ‘On’ position the light will turn on automatically. b. ‘Off’ - When the switch is in the ‘Off’ position the light will remain off and will not detect any movement.

Version 1.1 Maintenance    Ensuring the lamp is kept clean will optimise performance Clean the solar panel with a damp towel, do not apply excessive pressure. Do not use any solvents or cleaning agents on the solar panel. Replacing Batteries 1. 2. 3. Remove screws from front of the battery housing to access batteries. The battery housing is located in the back of the lamp head. Replace batteries with rechargeable batteries of the same type and rating. (3 x 1.
