Door leaf
Door leaves made from security glass are secured with self-closing hinges. The opening range is 180°, with
140° of this being self-closing. The hinges are under high preload pressure and must not be opened or
adjusted. There is a risk of injury if these instructions are not obeyed. For your safety the fittings are
equipped with a safety lock to prevent unauthorized opening. Unauthorized and forcible opening of the door
hinge mechanism will damage it and lead to loss of all guarantee rights.
The adjustable eccentrics also enable subsequent easy adjustment of the glass door leaves. All adjustable
eccentrics of a door leaf must have the same orientation after the adjustment.
During installation of the door grips, ensure that the stainless steel grip piece is on the outside of the door.
Warranty conditions
We provide you with a seven-year functional warranty beginning on the date of delivery. The warranty is in
accordance with the conditions below, but it applies only to the wood parts of our products. Any associated
components or parts of the product made from any materials other than wood are not covered by the
warranty. Within the warranty period, defective parts or missing parts of the goods or the goods themselves
will be replaced at our discretion. The warranty covers only free replacement of the defective or broken piece
of wood. The warranty does not include consequential or additional costs, in particular no delivery, assembly
or rebuilding costs.
The warranty is void if:
- If it is possible that there were deviations from the respective assembly instructions
- Any changes (additional extensions or rebuilding) have been made to the product as compared with
the assembly instructions
- It is possible that the product was not given a proper base (foundation / floor plate, etc.), especially in
case of violation of construction rules
- The defect may consist of typical wood discolouration, cracking, warping, shrinkage, swelling or
similar normal changes that are within the nature of the material “wood”
Warranty claims may only be submitted in conjunction with the original packing list and the original proof of
purchase. Claims must be made in writing, by fax or by e-mail, within the warranty period. To be eligible for
the warranty, you must provide a prompt notification of the defect or damage through an orderly
representation of the damage in pictures and text.
