Click System.
Click General.
A list box is opened.
Navigate to the Composition of labelling data from
EPLAN tab.
Select the characteristics you want to have printed on
the markers from the Available characteristics list.
Click the characteristic you want to assign to the top hi-
erarchy level.
Click the add icon.
The characteristic will be added to the Selected charac-
teristics list.
If you want to subordinate another characteristic to this
characteristic, rst click the characteristic in the Select-
ed characteristics list.
Then from the Available characteristics list, select the
characteristic to which you want to make the character-
istic in the Selected characteristics list subordinate.
Characteristics from the Available characteris-
tics list are always subordinate to the selected
characteristic in the Selected characteristics
list.
Click the add icon.
The selected characteristic is added to the Selected char-
acteristic list as a subordinate characteristic.
In the Available characteristics list, click the next char-
acteristic that you want to have printed on the markers.
Add all of the characteristics that you want to have print-
ed on the markers to the Selected characteristics list.
Click OK.
The labelling is added to the project view.

5.7 Inserting separators
The program always positions separators behind the cur-
rently selected characteristic.
In the Selected characteristics list, select the charac-
teristic behind which you want to position a separator.
Click Separators in the Available characteristics list.
Enter the desired separator in the Separators text eld.
Click the add icon.
The separator will be positioned behind the selected char-
acteristic in the Selected characteristics list.
5.8 Deningalabellingposition
You can dene which positions you want to be labelled with
the markers.

Click System.
Click General settings.
Click Labelling position.
Tick the boxes of the positions you want to be labelled.
Click OK.
