3 Systemübersicht Wire Processing Center WPC-Server WPC-Tool Bild 3.1 Systemübersicht Das Wire Processing Center (WPC) ist ein modulares Konfektionierungssystem aus Kabelbearbeitungsmaschinen, Industriedruckern und einem Touch-Panel. Die Geräte sind über integrierte Schnittstellen miteinander verbunden und werden über das Programm WPC-Server gesteuert. Mit der Planungssoftware WPC-Tool können CAE-Daten übernommen werden, um Verarbeitungsprozesse und Projekte zu planen.
4 Planungssoftware verbinden und starten 4.1 Voraussetzungen 4.3 EPLAN-Plug-in installieren Betriebssystem Mit dem EPLAN-Plug-in können Sie in EPLAN erstellte Projekte in die Planungssoftware importieren. Im ersten Schritt installieren Sie das EPLAN-Plug-in. Im zweiten Schritt müssen Sie ein Beschriftungsschema installieren. Die Planungssoftware ist für Betriebssysteme ab Windows 7 ausgelegt. Um auf die Planungssoftware zugreifen zu können, müssen Sie Windows .net 4.5 installiert haben. 4.

6 WPC-Einstellungen konfigurieren Sie können mit der Planungssoftware mehrere WPCs zentral verwalten. Sie finden die WPC-Einstellungen in der Geräteliste: 1 6.2 WPC via USB hinzufügen Voraussetzung: Sie haben ein WPC über ein USB-Kabel angeschlossen. Stecken Sie den USB-Stick vor dem Start der Planungssoftware in die USB-Schnittstelle. ►►Klicken Sie auf System. ►►Klicken Sie auf Geräteliste. ►►Klicken Sie auf das USB-Symbol. Ein Dialogfenster wird geöffnet. ►►Klicken Sie auf Ja.
WPC-Einstellungen konfigurieren ►►Markieren Sie das WPC, dessen Einstellungen Sie ändern wollen. ►►Klicken Sie auf das Stiftsymbol. ►►Ändern Sie alle Einstellungen, die Sie ändern wollen. ►►Wenn Sie die Netzwerkverbindung testen wollen, klicken Sie auf Verbindung testen. ►►Klicken Sie auf OK. Falls Sie im WPC die Portnummern geändert haben, ändern Sie diese Portnummern auch in der Planungssoftware. The devices are connected to each other via integrated interfaces and are controlled from the WPC-Server program. The planning software WPC-Tool can be used to transmit CAE data in order to plan processing operations and projects.
4 Connecting and starting up the planning software 4.1 Requirements 4.3 Installing the EPLAN plug-in Operating system Projects created in EPLAN can be imported into the planning software using the EPLAN plug-in. First you have to install the EPLAN plug-in. Next you have to install a labelling scheme. The planning software is designed for operation with the Windows 7® operating system and higher. To access the planning software, you must have installed Windows .net 4.5®. 4.

The sort order is added to the project view. 5.10 Modifying the project view You can change the characteristics that are displayed in the project view. Figure 5.
6 Configuring WPC settings Multiple WPCs can be centrally managed using the planning software. The WPC settings can be found in the device list: 1 6.2 Adding a WPC via USB Prerequisite: You have connected a WPC via a USB cable. Plug the USB stick into the USB interface before starting up the planning software. ►►Click System. ►►Click Device list. ►►Click the USB icon. A dialogue box is opened. ►►Click Yes. The planning software will search for the WPC on the USB stick. ►►Click OK.
Configuring WPC settings ►►Click the pencil icon. ►►Change the settings as required. ►►If you want to test the network connection, click Test connection. ►►Click OK. If you have changed the port numbers in the WPC, you will also need to change these numbers in the planning software. If you are having problems with the network settings, contact your administrator. 6.6 Checking the network connection of a WPC ►►Click System. ►►Click Device list.
7 Creating a new project You can prepare projects in the planning software as follows: –– Enter processing orders manually –– Create project data in EPLAN and import into the planning software –– Create project data in a .csv file and import into the planning software 7.1 Creating processing orders manually You can create processing orders manually. If you have imported project data from EPLAN or a .csv file, you can add information to processing orders.
8 Data transfer 8.1 Exporting processing lists to WPC Server You can export processing lists to WPCs via the network. Processing lists can only be transferred to the WPC using this planning software. Prerequisites: You must have given the processing lists a project name. You must have filled in all of the mandatory fields. ►►Click Project. ►►Click WPC in the Data transfer menu. A drop-down list is opened. ►►Select the WPC to which you want to export the processing list.
9 Glossary Processing list. A processing list consists of projects and processing orders. Project A project can contain one or more processing orders. Projects are created in the planning software and exported to the processing list of the WPC-Server. Processing order A processing order contains processing operations. Processing orders created in the WPC-Server are always referred to as manual processing.

7 Création d’un nouveau projet Pour préparer des projets dans le logiciel de planification, procédez comme suit : –– saisissez les ordres de traitement manuellement, –– créez les données de projet dans EPLAN, puis importez-les dans le logiciel de planification, –– créez les données de projet dans un fichier .csv, puis importez-les dans le logiciel de planification. 7.1 Création manuelle d’ordres de traitement Vous pouvez créer des ordres de traitement manuellement.

8 Transfert de données 8.1 Exportation des listes de traitement vers WPC Server Vous pouvez exporter des listes de traitement vers des systèmes WPC via le réseau. Seul le logiciel de planification permet de transférer des listes de traitement vers WPC. Condition préalable : vous devez avoir attribué un nom de projet aux listes de traitement. Tous les champs obligatoires doivent être renseignés. ►►Cliquez sur Projet. ►►Cliquez sur WPC dans le menu Transfert de données. Une liste déroulante apparaît.
9 Glossaire Liste de traitement Une liste de traitement est composée de projets et d’ordres de traitement. Projet Un projet peut contenir un ou plusieurs ordres de traitement. Les projets sont créés dans le logiciel de planification et exportés vers la liste de traitement de WPC Server. Ordre de traitement Un ordre de traitement contient des opérations de traitement. Les ordres de traitement créés dans WPC Server sont toujours considérés comme des traitements manuels.

6 Configurare le impostazioni del WPC Grazie al software di progettazione è possibile gestire in modo centralizzato diversi WPC. Le impostazioni del WPC sono disponibili nell'elenco dei dispositivi: 1 6.2 Aggiungere un WPC via USB Prerequisito: il WPC deve essere collegato tramite un cavo USB. Collegare la chiavetta USB all'interfaccia USB prima di avviare il software di progettazione. ►►Fare clic su Sistema. ►►Fare clic su Elenco dei dispositivi. ►►Fare clic sull'icona USB.
Configurare le impostazioni del WPC ►►Selezionare il WPC del quale si desiderano modificare le impostazioni. ►►Fare clic sul'icona matita. ►►Modificare le impostazioni secondo le proprie esigenze. ►►Per testare la connessione di rete, fare clic su Verifica collegamento. ►►Fare clic su OK. Se sono stati modificati i numeri delle porte nel WPC, si dovranno assegnare gli stessi numeri nel software di progettazione. In caso di problemi con le impostazioni di rete, contattare il proprio amministratore. 6.
7 Creare un nuovo progetto È possibile creare dei progetti nel software di progettazione con la seguente procedura: –– Immettere gli ordini di lavorazione creati in modo manuale –– Creare i dati del progetto in EPLAN e importarli nel software di progettazione –– Creare i dati del progetto in un file .csv e importarli nel software di progettazione 7.1 Creare un ordine di lavorazione in modo manuale È possibile creare gli ordini di lavorazione in modo manuale.
8 Trasferimento dati 8.1 Esportare elenchi di lavorazione sul WPC-Server È possibile esportare elenchi di lavorazione sul WPC attraverso la rete. Gli elenchi di lavorazione possono essere trasferiti al WPC unicamente usando questo software di progettazione. Prerequisito: agli elenchi di lavorazione deve essere già stato assegnato un nome di progetto. Tutti i campi obbligatori devono essere stati compilati. ►►Fare clic su Progetto. ►►Fare clic su WPC nel menu Trasferimento dati.
9 Glossario Elenco di lavorazione. Un elenco di lavorazione è composto da progetti e ordini di lavorazione. Progetto Un progetto può contenere uno o più ordini di lavorazione. I progetti vengono creati nel software di progettazione ed esportati nell'elenco di lavorazione del WPC-Server. Ordine di lavorazione Un ordine di lavorazione contiene le operazioni di lavorazione. Gli ordini di lavorazione creati nel WPC-Server sono sempre identificati come lavorazioni manuali.

Los equipos se conectan entre sí mediante las interfaces integradas y se controlan desde el programa WPC-Server.
4 Conexión y arranque del software de planificación 4.1 Requisitos 4.3 Instalación del complemento para EPLAN Sistema operativo Los proyectos creados en EPLAN se pueden importar al software de planificación usando el complemento para EPLAN. En primer lugar, deberá instalar el complemento para, a continuación, instalar un esquema de señalización. 6 Configuración de los ajustes de WPC El software de planificación permite la gestión centralizada de varios WPC. Los ajustes de los WPC se pueden consultar en la lista de dispositivos: 1 6.2 Adición de un WPC por USB Requisito previo: debe haber conectado un WPC a través de un cable USB. 7 Creación de un proyecto nuevo Dispone de tres métodos para preparar proyectos en el software de planificación: –– Introducir las órdenes de procesamiento manualmente –– Crear los datos de proyecto en EPLAN e importarlos al software de planificación –– Crear los datos de proyecto en un archivo CSV e importarlos al software de planificación 7.1 Creación manual de órdenes de procesamiento Puede crear órdenes de procesamiento manualmente.

8 Transferencia de datos 8.1 Exportación de listas de procesamiento a WPC-Server Puede exportar listas de procesamiento a distintos WPC a través de la red. Las listas de procesamiento solo se pueden transferir al WPC usando este software de planificación. Requisitos previos: las listas de procesamiento deben tener un nombre de proyecto. Todos los campos obligatorios deben haberse rellenado. ►►Haga clic en Proyecto. ►►Haga clic en WPC en el menú Transferencia de datos. Se abrirá una lista desplegable.
9 Glosario Lista de procesamiento Una lista de procesamiento está compuesta por proyectos y órdenes de procesamiento. Proyecto Un proyecto puede contener una o más órdenes de procesamiento. Los proyectos se crean en el software de planificación y se exportan a la lista de exportación de WPC-Server. Orden de procesamiento Una orden de procesamiento contiene operaciones de procesamiento. Las órdenes de procesamiento creadas en WPC-Server se denominan siempre procesamiento manual.
