Description
The VSPC CONTROL UNIT supplies the VSPC...R modules and displays their status. It is necessary to oper-
ate them always with the cable-connected and active VSPC CONTROL UNIT to insure a proper function of the
self-monitoring. Up to 10 identic or different VSPC…R can be connected in line. The monitoring current loop
wire length has to be shorter 3 meters.
Only the green LED is glowing during the normal operation. If an error occurs in the VSPC...R units, the green
LED turns off and the red LED turns on. An alternating light between green and red LED indicates a cable
break of the monitoring loop, i.e. an improper contact of a wire.
All electronic devices with a de-energised (normally closed, NC) contact can be monitored in-line with the
VSPC CONTROL UNIT. Please notice, that you get a LED green/red ashing in case of a fault.
