The prole rail (UR) is displayed with the open positions.

Selecting the control unit version
▶ Click on the second line of the UR table.
▶ From the catalogue, select the control unit in use and its
version (inscription on the control unit, e.g. 314-GEH04-
...).

▶ Double-click on the respective version, or use the mouse
to drag it to the second position in the table on the left-
hand side of the window.
The Properties Ethernet interface window opens.

▶ Enter the designated IP address and the subnet mask.
▶ Confirm with OK.
Adding a PROFIBUS network
▶ Double-click on the MPI/DP interface to create the
PROFIBUS network.
The MPI/DP properties window opens.

▶ Choose “Profibus” as interface type.
