A dialog opens where you can set the name, the type, and the implementa-

tion language of the POU. In this example, the name "myProg", the type

"Program", and the language ST (Structured Text) are used for the block:

After the settings have been selected, the POU is inserted under the node

Application via "Add"; the program editor automatically opens and the work

area is ready for additional programming.
