Goto menu Service Desk (Step 2)

In section ‘Connection status PC’ the
current VPN connection status (of this
PC) to the u-link VPN server is
displayed.
In the ‘Device Topology’ the current
connection status of a Router is
signalized by following different icon
symbols:

Status Router:
Connected to u-link via WWH communication
No VPN connection
Status Service PC (u-link VPN client):
Not connected to u-link

The Router has no connection to u-link.
Device not configured to use u-link or
Device is powered off or
Device has no Internet access.
The Router has an online connection to
u-link WWH server.
The Router has an active VPN
connection to the u-link VPN server.
The Service PC has a pass-through VPN
connection via the Router to its LAN
network.
For initiating a remote access session the Router
must have at least one of these both states.
