Managed switches
Owing to the numerous functions of managed switches, a conguration of the
devices is essential. Programming via a Web interface or a terminal program
facilitates the setting of components and allows the user to use the network to
congure almost all connected PCs, even if the devices are spatially, very distant
from each other.
Implementation of a monitoring function for individual ports makes it easier to
evaluate the fault in the event of a malfunction.
