PROtop device. The bits are defined as the

bit 0: FAILURE
bit 2: OUT OF SPECIFICATION
bit 3: MAINTANANCE REQUIRED,
bit 4: PREWARNING
bit 5: CONFIGURATION DOWN LOAD
