7 Troubleshooting
If a fault cannot be resolved by means of the ac-
tions described here, please refer to Weidmüller
Service.
7.1 Fault table
Fault Possible cause Recommended action
LED out Power supply is interrupted ► Check the power cord and the power
connector.
► Check the fuses.
LED ashes Foot switch is not connected ► Connect foot switch
Foot switch permanently activated ► Cancel operation
Ferrule falls into the interior of the
machine
Crimp size set incorrectly ► Remove ferrule
► Set suitable crimp size
Ferrule is too small ► Remove ferrule
► Use larger ferrule
Ferrule can not be inserted Crimp size set incorrectly ► Set suitable crimp size
Ferrule is too big ► Use smaller ferrule
7.2 Replacing fuses
► Make sure that the machine is switched o󰀨.
► Remove the power plug.

► Lever the fuse compartment (1) out of the mains lter
unit using a slotted screwdriver.
► Replace both fuses with new ones (2 x T2AH250V).
► Put the fuse compartment back into the mains lter unit.
