6.4 Lubricate the crimping unit
WARNING
Potential risk of fatality due to electric
shock!
When working on the inside of the machine,
non-insulated parts may be touched.
Switch the machine o󰀨.
First remove the compressed air hose
from the compressed air source, then from
the maintenance unit.
Pull the power plug.
Remove the four mounting screws of the housing.
Lift the housing upwards.
Disconnect the ground wire from the housing.

Lubricate the crimp wedge (1) with grease on all sides.
Lubricate all rollers (2), pivot points (3) and sliding sur-
faces (4).
Reconnect the ground wire to the housing.
Replace the housing.
Tighten all four xing screws.
6.5 Servicing the compressed air mainte-
nance unit
CAUTION
Risk of injury posed by electrical volt-
age!
Make sure that the machine is switched o󰀨
and the mains plug has been pulled.
CAUTION
Risk of injury posed by compressed air
hoses swinging around!
Make sure that the compressed air hose
is disconnected from the compressed air
source.

As required
To drain the condensate press the drain plug (1) up-
wards.
To change the lter, unscrew the condensate tank (2)
and screw o󰀨 the lter (3).
Insert a new lter and screw the condensate tank back
on tightly.
