8 Troubleshooting
Fault
Possible cause Recommended action

Power supply not connected Checkthatthepowersupplyisconnectedto
the plotter and to the power supply.

If necessary, switch to another socket.

Replace the power supply.
Plotter does not react to data sent by the

If necessary, install the device driver.
