via interfaces through wire. These devices are open-type devices intended for installation in an ultimate enclosure The subject Models
consist of two circuit boards and utilize Non-Sparking ”nA” and the Sealed Device ”nC” protection methods.

Models IE-SW-VL08-6GT-2GS and IE-SW-VL08T-6GT-2GS provide two fiber.

[17] Special Conditions of Use:
• Subject devices are to be installed in an ATEX Certified enclosure rated not less than IP54 and accessible only by the use of a tool.
• Subject devices are for use in an area of not more than pollution degree 2 in accordance with EN 60664-1.
• Transient protection shall be provided to limit the peak rated voltage to maximum 140% of peak rated voltage
• When end users are providing optical SFP communication modules, this must be limited to laser Class 1 only.
