Function

Displays the current status of the 4G mobile connection.

Menu available for cellular models only.

4.1.7 Diagnostics → Ping test

Diagnostics → Ping test

Function

Allows sending of ICMP packets (ping) to test network connections between the Router and

other Ethernet devices.

To test internet connection, to use u-link Remote Access Service for example, try to ping a

well-known internet IP address like 8.8.8.8, the DNS server of google. To test if your DNS-

server is working use a hostname such as www.google.com
