Technical change to Dekafix 8 standard print

Dear Madam or Sir,

the products listed below are subject to a product change and will be supplied in a modified revision. Please

pass this product information on to your employees and, if needed, to your customers. All modifications

mentioned have been made to support our ongoing commitment to continual improvement and ongoing product

development.

3. Reason for change

• All Dekafix marker with a pitch of 8mm and a height of 5mm that are printed with a standard print will get a

new delivery form.

Switch from the old card format to MultiCard:

• The old card format consisted of 5 strips with 10 markers each. One packaging unit contained 10 cards

each.

• The MultiCard format for the DEK 8/5 Plus variants consists of 20 strips with 8 markers each. One

packaging unit contains 5 MultiCard each.

• This changes the order of the imprint (see the example of the sketch) and the quantity of a packaging unit

from the current 500 pieces to 800 pieces

• The old form of cards could no longer be produced in the required quality without additional costs. In order

to keep the price level, we have switched to the modern MultiCard format.
