8 Troubleshooting
If a fault cannot be resolved by means of the ac-
tions described here, please refer to Weidmüller
Service.
8.1 Fault table
Fault Possiblecause Recommended action
Machine will not start No power supply
► Check the power cable and the mains connec-
tions.
► Check fuses.
Filling level monitoring is active and
the starting switch has been addressed

► Acknowledge the error by briey tapping the
touch display.
► Insert the connector correctly.
Machine switches itself off
during operation
Overload
Blade cuts into wire-end ferrule
► Switch the machine off.
► Remove the belt.
► Start the machine in inching mode (see sec-
tion 8.7).
► Move forwards or backwards.
► Check for further damage.
Increased scrap Waste container is full
► Empty the waste container (see section 7.4).
Stripping blade damaged or incorrectly
installed
► Check the seating of the stripping blade, then
correct or replace blade (see section 8.3).
