9. Störungsbeseitigung 9. Troubleshooting

9.1 Maschine startet nicht
Stromversorgung ist unterbrochen.
→ Netzkabel und Sicherungen prüfen.
See chapter using risks.
9.1 The machine does not start.
The electrical supply is disturbed.
→ Check the mains cable and the fuses.
9.2 Erhöhter Ausschuss
Abisoliermesser beschädigt oder falsch eingebaut.
→ Messer korrigieren oder austauschen.
Der Abisolierrest-Behälter ist voll.
→ Abisolierrest-Behälter entleeren.
Kontakthaltebacken schließen nicht richtig.
→ Berührungsflächen der Kontakthaltebacken
reinigen.
Kontakthaltebacken sind beschädigt.
→ Kontakthaltebacken austauschen.
Ein zweiter Kontakt befindet sich zwischen den
Kontakthaltebacken.
→ Kontakt entfernen.
Der Draht wird eingezogen.
→ Den Druck der Drahthaltezangen erhöhen.
Riefen an der Isolierung.
→ Den Druck der Drahthaltezangen verringern.
9.2 Increasing refuse
The stripping-
blades are damaged or incorrectly
mounted.
→ Correct or change the blades.
The stripping-waste container is full.
→ Empty the stripping-waste container.
The contact holders do not close correctly.
→ Clean the surfaces of the contact holders.
The contact holders are damaged.
→ Change the contact holders.
A second contact is located between the contact
holders.
→ Remove the contact.
The wire is pulled in.
→ Increase the pressure of the wire holding tongs.
Damage at the insulation.
→ Decrease the pressure of the wire holding tongs.
