Führungsrollen und Crimpbackenschmieren
• Die Werkzeugeinheit auf dem Werkzeug-
schlitten nach hinten drücken, abschwenken
und wieder vor ziehen.
• Die roten Knöpfe nach unten drücken und die
Kontakthalteinheit nach vorne kippen.
• Die 4 Führungsrollen leicht einölen.
• Die Crimpbacken, an allen 4 Berührungsflächen
mit den Führungsrollen, mit fett schmieren.
Lubricate guiding rolls and crimping flanges
• Push the tool unit on the tool slide to the back,
turn it downwards and pull it to the front again.
•
Push down the red knobs and turn the contact
holding unit to the front.
• Lubricate the 4 guiding rolls lightly with oil.
• Lubricate the crimping flanges, at all 4 contact
surfaces with the guiding rolls, with grease.
