6.6 Menü Produktion
Produktions- Anzeige:
• aktuelle Programmnummer.
• Kontaktfenster: Anzeige des aktuellen Kontakts.
• Programmname.
• SF-Leistung: Leistung des Schwingförderers
in %.
• Zuführrohr: Anzahl der Kontakte im Zuführrohr
bis Lichtschranke aktiv wird.
• Motorposition.
• Stückzähler: Tagesstückzähler.
• Schritt: aktueller Schritt im Produktionsablauf.
• Crimpkraftanzeige (nur bei Maschinen mit
Crimpkraftüberwachung).
• Fehler- Anzeige:
Fehler beheben und durch drücken auf die
Fehlermeldung quitieren.

production-indication:
• actual program number.
• contact window: information of actual contact.
• program name.
• VC-Power:
Power of the vibrating conveyor
in %.
• feed.tube: Number of contacts
in the feeding
tube up to the light barrier will be activated.
• motor position.
• piece counter: daily piece counter.
• step: Current step at producing.
