Frontplatte mit dem Drehriegel öffnen. (Alle
Pneumatikventile sind drucklos.)
•
Die Maschine wird immer erst nach auslösen
eines Startvorgang automatisch mit einer neuen
Hülse geladen
•
Nach dem Schließen der Frontplatte fährt die
Maschine in die Grundstellung.
•
Open the front panel by the knob. (All the
valves are depressurized.)
• The mas
chine just get automatically loaded with
ferrules after a start activity.

After closing the front panel the machine drives
into the starting position.
6.1 Hülsenzuführung
Die Hülsenzuführung besteht aus dem Schwing-
förderoberteil und dem Zuführrohr mit Vereinze-
lungseinheit
• Die Schraube in der Mitte des Schwingförder-
oberteils lösen und das Schwingförderoberteil
abheben.
• Schraube am Vereinzelungsblock lösen.
• Zuführ
rohr mit Vereinzelungsblock nach oben
herausziehen.
• Einbau in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
6.1 Ferrule feeding
The ferrule feeding consists of the feeding bowl
and the feeding tube with the singling unit
•
Release the screw in the middle of the feeding
bowl, and lift off the feeding bowl.
• Open the screw at the singling unit.
• Pull out the feeding tube with singling unit up-
wards.
• Fitting in reverse order.
