By executing the SIL function the DTM request the SIL-state and the user has to enter the password. The
SIL-state and the password (enable and password) are defined in open and lock, see Figure 5 "GUI SIL
configuration (OPEN) (example)" and Figure 6 "GUI SIL configuration (LOCK) (example)".

To deactivate the SIL state the user has to enter the same password and confirm it to change the SIL state
from locked to open.
