Die Strommesswandler

ACT20C-CMT-XX-AO-RC-S der ACT20C-

Serie messen und überwachen Gleich- und

Wechselströme bis 60 A. Das verwende-

te Echteffektivwertverfahren ermöglicht eine

präzise Messung auch bei verzerrten Formen

der Stromkurve.

Die Geräte verfügen über eine integrier-

te Grenzwertüberwachung mit einstellbarer

Schaltschwelle,VerzögerungundHysterese

sowie über einen Relais-Ausgang.

Montage

A1 Das Gerät ist für die Montage auf einer

35 mm breiten Standard-Tragschiene

(TS35x7,5oderTS35x15x1,5nach

DIN EN 60715) vorgesehen. Zuvor

ist die Tragschiene mit dem CH20M-

Bussystem zu ergänzen.

HINWEIS

AchtenSiedarauf,dassSiebeim

Aufrasten des Gerätes auf die

Tragschiene,nichtdieBuskon-

takte an der Geräteunterseite be-

schädigen.

A2 Zur Demontage wird der Rastfuß mit ei-

nem Schraubendreher entriegelt.

bau von Schaltschränken sowie der Anord-

nung von Daten- und Versorgungsleitungen

müsseneingehaltenwerden,umBeeinus-

sungen des Messergebnisses durch benach-

barte Leiter (siehe auch IEC/EN 61000-4) zu

vermeiden.

Installation

GEFAHR

Bis zum Abschluss der Installati-

on dürfen keine gefährlichen Span-

nungen an das Gerät angelegt

werden.

Die 24 V DC Einspeisung erfolgt am

ACT20C-Gateway. Alle Geräte der ACT20C-

Station werden über das CH20M-Bussys-

tem versorgt.

rents of up to 60 A. The real effective value

method used allows for precise measure-

Mounting

A1 The device is designed for assem-

bly on a 35-mm-wide standard DIN rail

(TS 35x7.5 or TS 35x15x1.5 in accord-

ance with DIN EN 60715). The DIN rail

mustberetrottedwiththeCH20Mbus

system beforehand.

NOTICE

When latching the device onto the

DINrail,pleasetakecarenotto

damage the bus contacts on the

underside of the device.

A2 Todisassemblethedevice,unlatchthe

clip-in foot using a screwdriver.

A3 WhenusingtheTS35x7.5,themount-

ing screw head height must not exceed

3.5 mm.

A4 The ACT20C current measuring trans-

ducer must be installed in the same as-

sembly direction as the ACT20C gate-

way of the ACT20C station.

The standards and guidelines applicable for

the assembly of switch cabinets and the ar-

rangement of data and power supply lines

must be complied with to prevent the meas-

urementresultbeinginuencedbyadjacent

conductors (see also IEC/EN 61000-4).

Installation

ages present on the device un-

til the installation process is com-

plete.

The 24 V DC power supply is provided via

the ACT20C gateway. All of the devices in the

ACT20C station are supplied with power via

the CH20M bus system.
