10.8.2 Steps to Disassemble Main Oil Gallery Pressure Limiting Valve
Screw off main oil gallery pressure limiting valve, as shown in Fig. 10-8
10.8.3 Steps to Assemble Main Oil Gallery Pressure Limiting Valve
①Check the valve before assembling, make sure there is no manufacturing defect and damage.
②Clean up the pressure limiting valve and pressure limiting valve fitting hole on the module.
③Install the valve and tighten it.
10.8.4 Inspection and Maintenance of Main Oil Gallery Pressure Limiting Valve
①Check service condition of the valve spring, replace the spring if necessary.
②Check the valve for crack damage, replace it if necessary.
