Status/health sysUpTime (RFC1213) Raise a critical condition if the device stops
responding to polling for a time period defined

Device Restart Status/health
sysUpTime (RFC1213) Raise a minor condition based on the value of
sysUpTime read is smaller by at least 60 seconds
compared to last reading. The value increase
by 100 every second.
