USING YOUR UNIT

ON/OFF SWITCH
The
ON/OFF SWITCH is used to activate
the motor.
INLET COVER LATCH
The
INLET COVER LATCH is use d toopen
and close the inlet cover an d to sec ure
the upper vacuum tube to the blower
unit.
BLOWER TUBE
The
BLOWER TUBE is designed to direct
the flow of air.
INLET RESTRICTOR
The
INLET RESTRICTOR improves the
blower function.
TUBE RELEASE BUTT ON
The
TUBE RELEASE BUTTON secur es the
blo w er tube or elbow tube to the blow e r
unit duri ng operation. Al so, pressing the
tube release button allows removal of the
blower tube or elbow tube.
VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL
The
VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL is de-
signed to allow an increase or decrease
in motor speed as necessary during
blower use only. To avoid caus ing dam-
age to the unit,
DO NOT attempt to use
the variable speed control during vacu-
um use.
WARNING: You MUST make sure
the tubes are secure before using the unit .
WARNING: Do not use the unit
wit hout the tubes or collecti on bag proper-
ly att ached to avoid flying debr is and/or
impell er contact which can cause serious
injury. Always wear eye prot e ction to pre-
vent rocks or debris from being blown or
ri cocheting into the eyes and face which
can result in blindness or seri ous i njur y.
STOPPING YOUR UNIT
To stop your unit, slide the
ON/OFF switch
to the
OFF position.

HIGH
SPEED
STARTING YOU R UNIT
Your unit has two run pos itions,
HIGH
(high speed) and VAR (variable s peed).
Slide the s witch to one of these
positions to turn on the unit.
