LIMITED WARRANTY
WEED EATER, a di vision of Husqvarna
Out d oor Products Inc., warr ants to the
ori ginal consumer purchaser that each
new WEED EATER brand electric or
cordless product is f r ee fr om defects in
materi al and workmanship and agrees to
re pair or re place under this war ranty any
defecti ve WEED EATER bra nd electr ic or
cordless product within t wo (2) years f r om
the original date of purchase.
If your WEED EATER brand electri c or
cordless product should fail withi n t he lim-
ited warranty period, you may return it in
complete condit i on, prepaid, wit h proof of
purchase, to the dealer from whom it was
purchased for repair or repl acement at the
option of WEED EATER.
This warranty is not tr ansferab le and does
not cover damage or liability caused by
imp roper handl ing, improper mai n te-
nance or alt er ati on, or the use of accesso-
ri es and/or attachments not specif i call y
recommended by WEED EATER for this
product. Additionall y, thi s war r ant y does
not cover part s that will wear and require
re placement with rea so nable use dur ing
the warrant y period. This warranty does
not cover predelivery set--up or normal
adjustments explained in the instruction
manual.

This is a limited warranty within the
meaning of that term as defined in the
Magnuson--Moss Act of 1975.
The policy of WEED EATER is to contin-
uously improve its products. Therefore,
WEED EATER reserves the right to
change, modify, or discontinue models,
designs, specifications, and ac ces so-
ries of all products at any time without
notice or obligation to any purchaser.
