The TruCheck™ ANSI bar code verier will save you time and eliminate the hassles
associated with using wands or other hand-held veriers. The focal distance, angle
and scanning speed of the laser scanner are always consistent with TruCheck. This
means results are fast, accurate, and repeatable regardless of the person operating
the system. Auto discrimination allows the system to automatically determine the
type of bar code being veried, including the maginication. Compliance with bar
code verication requirements has never been easier with TruCheck™ !
Verication and Calibration
Each verication provides a hands-free,10-scan analysis with a moving laser beam.
The moving laser covers the code from top-to-bottom automatically, as required
by the ANSI specication. TruCheck can even verify lm negatives to check bar
width reduction and correct data content before printing.
Every TruCheck is calibrated with standards traceable to NIST. Calibration is
performed by the user in a matter of seconds. .
Stacked Linear Verication
In addition to all the major linear symbologies, the TruCheck Model 201 veries 2D
bar codes as well, such as PDF417, MicroPDF417 and RSS14. Validate compliance
to industry standards like GM 1724 and CR-383-CORE.
Full Diagnostic Reporting
The optional report printer provides hard copy documentation that can easily be
customized to t your business needs. These reports highlight problem areas to
facilitate corrective action. Generate a simple summary report showing the overall
ANSI grade or a complete diagnostic analysis including traditional bar width
measurements, all ANSI parameters, nominal element size, MRD, PCS, bar width
growth and a Scan Reectance Prole (SRP).bv
