Generating Reports
You can generate the following types of reports:
• Error—Includes all errors from Spy Sweeper.
• Spyware—Includes details of the spyware found.
To generate reports:
1. From the Admin Console function tree, select Reports and the type of report you want.
2. From the group tree, select the group you want.
• If you want the report to include the whole company, select the company name at the
top of the group tree.
3. Select the date range you want the report to include.
4. Click Preview/Print to preview the report.
• To save the report to any of several file formats, click Print, then select the Print to
File option, Type, and Where to save the file.

