aluminium for strength
and durability - it directly
replaces the original
ESR63 plastic tank.

INTERCOOLERS
These replacement intercoolers fit in place of
the existing original units. They allow the air to
be cooled by an extra 50% for a denser charge
and result in up to 25% increase in power.

EGR BLANKING KIT
Removes the mechanical EGR system
from 300 TDi or TD5 - giving improved
performance and fuel economy.

Front mounted, large intercooler to suit 200 and 300 TDi - not suitable
for air-con vehicles.
Recommended for use with upgraded vehicles - Vehicle should be tuned to
gain maximum performance after intercooler is added.
