OPTIMA BATTERIES
These batteries offer many advantages over conventional batteries. They use
Optima’s revolutionary SpiralCell technology which involves thin plates of
lead being rolled into spiral-shaped cells instead of hanging straight down.
This increases the lead electrode surface by up to 100% allowing more
efficient chemical reaction with the acid. The acid is absorbed in a specially
designed separation material of thin fibreglass floss which has a positive
effect between the active materials.
