Perfectly roasted toppings, and golden crispy bases. There’s nothing quite like cooking pizzas
at home on your Weber Pulse™. Try your hand at the recipe provided in this handbook, then
let your creativity flow as you experiment with your favourite toppings.
A Pulse Grilling Stone is available as an accessory for your Weber Pulse and can expand
your barbecuing possibilities as you create incredible pizzas, pastries and more.
Preheating for pizza cooking:
Whenever you use your Pulse for cooking
pizzas, it is important that you preheat the
barbecue first, with the lid closed. Like a
convection oven, the barbecue should be
hot when you put your food in, to achieve
the best results. To preheat your Pulse for
baking pizza:
1. Connect the front control panel if it isn’t
already, then connect your Pulse to a
power point.
2. Press the on/off button.
3. Place the Pulse Grilling stone into the
centre of the barbecue then turn your
control knobs to HIGH.
4. Preheat your barbecue with the lid closed
and your control knobs on HIGH for 15
to 20 minutes, or until the barbecue
reaches 260C.
Pizza Cooking:
1. After preheating for 15-20 minutes, your
barbecue is ready to cook.
2. Turn the control knobs down to;
a. ONE NOTCH GREATER THAN MEDIUM
for premade bases, or
b. ONE NOTCH LESS THAN HIGH for
homemade bases.
3. Open the lid and place your prepared
pizza onto the Pulse Grilling stone.
4. Close the lid and cook your pizza for 14
to 16 minutes.

your Pulse, we recommend you cook at
the higher end of the temperature range
provided.
For example, a pizza with a premade base
baked over indirect medium-high heat will
be best cooked between 240C and 260C.
