Wow your family and friends with a dessert that you have baked outside on your Weber
Pulse™ electric barbecue. Using the indirect baking method with a Weber Ware Frying Pan
or Pulse Grilling Stone, you can create delicious baked desserts such as cakes, puddings,
brownies, pastries and slices – the list is endless.
Preheating for baking:
Whenever you use your Pulse for baking, it
is important that you preheat the barbecue
first, with the lid closed. Like a convection
oven, the barbecue should be hot when you
put your food in, to achieve the best results.
To preheat your Pulse for baking:
1. Connect the front control panel if it isn’t
already, then connect your Pulse to a
power point.
2. Press the on/off button.
3. Turn your control knobs to HIGH.
4. Preheat your barbecue with the lid closed
and your control knobs on HIGH for 15
to 20 minutes, or until the barbecue
reaches 260C.
Baking:
1. Prepare your recipe into a Weber Ware
Frying Pan or on a Pulse Grilling Stone.
2. After preheating for 15-20 minutes, your
barbecue is ready to cook.
3. Turn the control knobs to ONE NOTCH
LESS THAN MEDIUM.
4. Open the lid and place the frying pan
or Grilling Stone onto the centre of the
cooking grill.
5. Close the lid and cook your food for the
estimated cooking time.
