New Feature only in V4 devices - Allow wild cards in UPB triggers.
1. Allow wild cards in UPB triggers. In NID, DID/LID and command fields for both receive
and send sides, allow * as an option. Proceed as follows:
a. If the Receive trigger is a Direct type, only match incoming commands that are
direct types. If the Receive trigger definition is a Link type, only match incoming
commands that are link types.
b. If Receive NID = xx and Send NID=yy, then send with a NID of yy.
c. If Receive NID=xx and Send NID=*, then send the NID (xx) for any incoming
command that is matched.
