Crawlspace and Basement Sealing Products
RadonAway™ offers a number of items that ll out our crawlspace and basement moisture control and water removal
product lines. These include:

• Vapor barrier adhesive/sealant specically formulated to attach barrier to construction materials

Don’t Forget the Fan
Sealing and water removal are part of the solution to crawlspace and
basement moisture control. The nal element is ventilation, and the
studies indicate that, in most instances, an ASD radon mitigation system
provides the most effective form of ventilation to control moisture.

Start with the Right Fitting
Even before you cover a basement crawlspace with the vapor barrier,
reducing moisture and radon begins with an ADC-T – the ideal tting for
a crawlspace mitigation. It saddles over perforated pipe, allows for up to
4-way air ow, and stabilizes the system vent pipe.
