Normally, it can be solved by installing the file File:Nrf51 sdk v5 2 0 39365.7z
In case that the method presented above doesn’t work, please unzip the file File:Nrf51xxxflm.zip directly to
the corresponding directory under Keil (Normally, it is Keil\ARM\Flash).
