UNABLE_TO_OBTAIN_RESET_VECTOR=PICKit 4 was unable to retrieve the reset vector address. This indicates
that no _reset symbol has been defined and may prevent the device from starting up properly.

UNLOAD_WHILE_BUSY=PICKit 4 was unloaded while still busy. Please unplug and reconnect the USB cable before
using PICKit 4 again.
