The Ethernet model contains two independent logical receivers:
• Serial 1 asynchronous
• Ethernet high-speed synchronous
Sync/Ethernet logical receiver status can be checked in two ways:
1. LEDs on the rear panel
2. Poll Ethernet link status through “poll packets.”
