Pk-Pk View
Each point on the plot represents the 1-sigma value from a histogram of measurements. The user is able
to see how the
peak-to-peak of the measured function changes after an Arm signal.
Vertical axis shows the
peak-to-peak value from the Function being measured.
Horizontal axis shows either Time or Edge after the Arm.
