Please note the following:
• Mounting holes positioned at the corners make it possible to securely bolt the
Wireless CPU® into the application.
• Keypad, display, microphone, speaker and battery are not part of the Wireless
CPU®.
• For the GR64 variant without an integrated SIM holder, the SIM card is
mounted in the user application, external to the Wireless CPU® (this is also an
option for the integrated SIM holder variant).
• The System Connector is a 60-pin standard 0.05 in (1.27 mm) pitch type. The
pins and their electrical characteristics are described in Section 5, together
with the System Connector Interface.
• Antenna Connector details are found in Section
5.
3.2 Antenna Pad
An antenna pad is available for customers who want to mount a pig-tail antenna onto
GR64. The pads (Antenna and Ground) are located on the same side as the system
connector (see
Figure 5 below).

The small pad in the middle is the RF-pad while the larger pads on both sides are
ground.
