5.10. Read message +CMGR
This command allows the application to read incoming stored messages.
AT+CMGR=<index>
+CMGR=<stat>,<oa>,<scts>[,<tooa>,<fo>,<pid>,<dcs>,<sca>,<tosca>,
<length>]<CR><LF><data> (for SMS-DELIVER only)
This command is also available in PDU mode.
