Use only with approved hose bibbs or hose

fittings having four or more full American

National Hose (NH) threads.

INSTALLATION: For NF8/LFNF8, 8B/LF8B, 8BI/

LF8BI and 8FR/LF8FR models, thread onto

hose bibb, tighten set screw until head breaks

off to provide tamper-resistance. 8A/LF8A and

8P/LF8P models have a built-in non-removable

locking feature. Model 8/LF8 is secured by tight-

ening the set screw.

TO DRAIN - 8A/LF8A, 8P/LF8P, 8B/LF8B, 8BI/

LF8BI and 8FR/LF8FR can be drained to prevent

freezing by removing hose and pulling down

gently on the stem. NF8/LFNF8 can be drained

by pulling down gently on the black ring and

does not require the removal of the hose. Model

8/LF8 is non-draining.

Model 8FR/LF8FR includes built-in freeze pro-

tection of the HBVB.

IMPORTANT: Do not use with continuous pres-

sure or use where discharge of water could

cause damage.

NOTE: “C” Suffix denotes Chrome
