Jam in the Trim Area

Remove the trim bin.1
See ‘Illustration’ on page 95.
Loosen the 2 orange plastic hand
screws to release the locking plates.
The locking plates can rotate to re-
lease the trim stop guard.
Pull the trim stop guard towards
you.
Open the trim stop guard.2
Remove the jammed book.3
In particular, check around the sen-
sor. The sensor is where you can see
a red and a green light (see ‘Illustra-
tion’ on page 95).
Small pieces of paper trimmings can
cover the sensor and cause an error
message.
Check the trim stop and remove
any pieces of trimmed paper.

Push the trim stop guard into posi-
tion.
Hold the locking plates in position
and tighten the orange hand screws.
Close the trim stop guard.5
Attach the trim bin.6
