There is an error at the
outfeed. Remove the trim
bin and open the trim stop
guard to remove the book.
If necessary, open the
main deck to remove the
book.
FLOW ERROR - OUT-
FEED

There is an error at the
stitcher. Open the folder
cover and remove the
book.
If the problem continues,
then call your service engi-
neer.
FLOW ERROR -
STITCHER
The fold blade axis (book
thickness adjustment) is
moving. This message
clears when the adjust-
ment is complete.
If the message does not
clear, touch ADVANCED
> RE REF
Fold blade axis moving
Open the folder cover, re-
move the paper, close the
folder cover. Touch
START , then follow the
instructions on the screen.
FOLD BLADE NOT
PARKED
Use the mains ON/OFF
switch. Turn the machine
OFF, then turn the ma-
chine ON. If the problem
continues, then call your
service engineer.
FOLD - No comms
The form clamp is in the
wrong position. Touch
START to reset the po-
sition. Follow the instruc-
tions on the screen.
