OPERATION

Spray Selector:

Spray Selector allows you to select from various

spray patterns. On some models spray pattern

is controlled by the small lever that rotates left

and right. Some models do not have a small

lever. Rotate the trim ring around the face of the

shower head to change settings.

EasySelect

Spray Selector(some models):

On some models spray pattern is controlled by

a rotating ring on the handle. Rotate selector in

either direction to control pattern.

Type A Bracket:

1 Tighten pivot ball to pipe. Slightly

loosen large nut on bracket

assembly and position hose

connection downward. Ensure large

nut is secure by hand tightening.

2 If the hose has a ridged connector

connect ridged connector to the

bracket and hand tighten. If hose is

not installed in this manner, unit

will not operate properly. If hose

does not have a ridged connector,

connect either end to bracket and

hand tighten.

3 Connect other end of hose to hand-

held shower head and hand tighten.

4 Place hand-held shower head in

bracket.

Type B Bracket:

1b Tighten metal nut to pipe using

necessary tools. Do not over

tighten.

2b Connect the hose to bracket as in

step 2 above.

about 2-3 hours. Replace shower head and run in each mode to

flush out vinegar.

• Donotcleanorrinseanypartwithharshchemicals,heavyduty

cleaners, or abrasives; this may damage parts or finish and will

void warranty.

• Cleanfilterscreenbyunscrewingfromthepivotballandrinse

by back flushing to remove particles. Follow steps 1-3 under

installation to reinstall shower head.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Problem Solution

No water flow from installed

shower head.

a Confirm previous shower washer is not in

the j-pipe.

b Confirm there is only one washer in the

pivot ball.

c Confirm that the shower head hose is

installed properly by following step 2.

Low water pressure or

missing spray patterns.

a Clean shower head in vinegar/water

solution. (See care & cleaning section).

b Clean filter screen.

PRIOR TO INSTALLATION

• Writedownyourmodelnumberintheallottedspaceabove.(model

number is found on the packaging near UPC code).

If you do not have the package you may find the model number on

our website www.waterpik.com.

• Removeoldshowerheadandremoveallpipetapeaswell.

• Insurethatthewasherfromtheoldshowerisnotconnectedtothe

pipe. Use a thin utensil to check inside the pipe for washers, such

as a pencil or screw driver. Do not use your fingers.

• Gatherthetoolsnecessarytoinstallyournewshowerhead.

attaché sur le tube d’alimentation. Utiliser un ustensile mince tel un

crayon ou un tournevis pour vérifier qu’aucun joint ne se trouve à

l’intérieur du tube d’alimentation. Ne pas utiliser les doigts.

SPECIAL FEATURES FOR SELECT MODELS

Water Saving Trickle Setting (some models):

To use the water saving trickle, simply push the

toggle switch on the back of the shower head.

This will reduce water flow to approximately 0.5

gallons per minute. To return to original setting,

push toggle on other side of shower head.

Hybrid Power Dial

(some models):

Move dial left and right to

customize any spray setting.

Select from full power to an

eco power to conserve water.

Extension Clip (some models):

If, following installation, the position of the shower head is too high,

you may install the included extension clip.

UTILISATION DU PRODUIT

Sélecteur du mode d’aspersion :

Le sélecteur du mode d’aspersion permet de choisir l’un des modes

d’aspersion disponibles sur la douchette. Sur

certains modèles, le pivotement d’une petite

manette (vers la droite ou vers la gauche)

permet la sélection du mode d’aspersion.

Certains modèles ne comportent pas de petite

manette. Pour modifier les réglages, faire pivoter

la rondelle de garniture autour de l’avant

de la douchette.

Sélecteur du mode d’aspersion EasySelect

(sur certains modèles) :

Sur certains modèles, la rotation (dans un sens

ou dans l’autre) d’une bague sur la poignée

de la douchette permet la sélection du mode

d’aspersion.

Slide the clip onto the shower head from the side. Rotate the clip 90

degrees so that it extends off the rear of the shower head. Slide the

clip into the bracket.

WARNING:

1 To avoid hot water dangers and conserve even more energy, make

sure your water heater is set at 120°F (48.9°C) or below.

2 Test the tub/shower water with your hand before bathing.

3 For additional safety for Ecoflow

or high efficiency showerheads,

it is recommended that all homes have installed a pressure balance

tub and shower valve with the rotational limit stops properly set by

a plumber.

4 For external use only. The potentially deadly amoeba, Naegleria

fowleri, may be present in some tap water or unchlorinated well

water.

CARE AND CLEANING

• Tomaintainproperworkingconditionscleaningisrequiredwhen

mineral deposits appear on the spray orifices. To clean mineral

deposits, gently rub the rubber nozzles on the face of the shower

head to dislodge.

• Tocleanheavierdeposits,removeshowerheadandsoakface

down in 1-2 cups of white vinegar (use white vinegar only) for

Vacuum Breaker (some models):

Vacuum breakers are required on hand-held showers in the State

of Wisconsin and the City and County of Los Angeles, California,

by plumbing code in order to protect water supplies from pontential

back-flow. The Vacuum breaker (located within the bracket or hose)

may discharge a small amount of water when you turn on your

shower. It will also drain a small amount of water when you turn off

your shower. Both are normal operative conditions.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Water Pik, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of this product

that it is free from defects in material and workmanship for as long

as the original purchaser owns this product. Water Pik, Inc. will

replace any part of the product which in our opinion is defective,

provided that the product has not been abused, misused, altered or

damaged after purchase. (This includes damage due to use of tools

or harsh chemicals.) In the event an item has been discontinued we

will replace with what we deem to be the closest product. Water

Pik, Inc. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other

consequential cost. The responsibility of Water Pik, Inc. shall not

exceed the original purchase price of the product. This warranty gives

you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary

where you reside. Save your receipt as proof of purchase is required

for warranty action.

Support de type A :

1 Serrer le raccord articulé sur le tuyau.

Desserrer légèrement le gros écrou du

support et orienter le raccord du tuyau

vers le bas. S’assurer que le gros écrou

est solidement fixé en le serrant à la main.

2 Si le tuyau comporte un raccord avec

cannelures, le connecter sur le support

de la douchette et serrer à la main.

Si le tuyau n’est pas installé de cette

manière, le système ne fonctionnera pas

correctement. Si le tuyau ne possède pas

de raccord avec cannelures, raccorder

l’autre extrémité au support et serrer à la

main.

3 Connecter l’autre extrémité du tuyau sur

la douchette manuelle et serrer à la main.

4 Placer la douchette manuelle dans son

support.

Support de type B :

1b Serrer l’écrou métallique sur le tuyau avec

les outils adéquats. Ne pas trop serrer.

2b Connecter le tuyau au support comme à

l’étape 2 ci-dessus.

3b Connecter l’autre extrémité du tuyau sur

la douchette manuelle et serrer à la main.

4b Placer la douchette manuelle dans son

support

5b Faire pivoter le support vers l’avant

ou vers l’arrière pour régler l’angle

d’aspersion.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES UNIQUES POUR

CERTAINS MODÈLES :

Fonction de Ruissellement éconergique

(sur certains modèles) :

Pour utiliser le Ruissellement éconergique, il

suffit d’appuyer sur le bouton de changement

d’aspersion situé à l’arrière de la douchette.

Cela réduit le débit de l’eau d’environ 0,5 gallons

par minute. Pour revenir au mode d’aspersion

d’origine, appuyer sur le bouton de changement

d’aspersion situé de l’autre côté de la douchette.

Faire glisser l’agrafe sur la douchette par le côté. Faire pivoter l’agrafe de 90 degrés de façon à ce qu’elle ressorte par l’arrière de la douchette. Insérer l’agrafe dans le support.
