4. If connection does not fit into the bracket, reverse
the hose connections by connecting the notched
end to the shower head and the smooth connection
to the bracket/water supply.
5. Check for leaks – Some shower heads have a
shorter threaded connection and may not seal
properly. Two thick washers are included in this
package to ensure a universal fit. Replace the
washers in the hose with the included thicker
washers, then tighten and re-check for leaks.
In rare instances, you may need to install both
washers together in each end to ensure a leak-free
connection.
Limited 5 Year Warranty
Save your receipt as proof of purchase is required
for warranty action. Water Pik, Inc. warrants to
the original purchaser of this product that it is free
from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years
starting on the date of purchase. Water Pik, Inc. will, at
our election, replace the product, which in our opinion
is defective, provided that the product has not been
abused, misused, altered or damaged after purchase.
(This includes damage due to use of tools or harsh
chemicals.) In the event an item has been discontinued
we will replace with what we deem to be the closest
product. Water Pik, Inc. is not responsible for labor
charges, installation, or other consequential cost. The
responsibility of Water Pik, Inc. shall not exceed the
original purchase price of the product.This warranty
gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other
rights that vary where you reside.
BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHT TO
ASSERT MATTERS IN COURT AND RIGHT TO JURY
TRIAL
By purchasing, installing, or using this product you
agree that any controversy or claim arising out
of or relating to your purchase, use, modification,
installation, or removal of this product shall be settled
by binding arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision will be
final and binding. Judgment on the award rendered
by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having
jurisdiction over the matter. Further, you agree that you
will not have the right to litigate any claim arising out
of or in relation to your purchase, use, modification,
installation, or removal of this product in any court or to
have a jury trial on that claim.
Arbitration of any matters shall be administered by the
American Arbitration Association and conducted by one
arbitrator in accordance with the consumer arbitration
rules of the American Arbitration Association in effect at
the time of filing of the demand. The venue for all such
arbitrations shall be Colorado and any such arbitration
shall be subject to the Federal Arbitration Act and
Colorado law.
WAIVER OF RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN
CLASS ACTIONS OR PURSUE CLAIMS IN A
REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.
Further, by purchasing, installing, or using this product
you agree that arbitration must be on an individual
basis. This means neither you, nor we, may join or
consolidate claims in arbitration by or against other
purchasers or users of Water Pik products or the
general public. Additionally, you may not litigate in court
or arbitrate any claims as a representative or member
of a class or in a purported representative capacity
on behalf of the general public, other purchasers or
users of this product, other persons or entities similarly
situated, or in a private attorney general capacity.
4. Si la zone de raccordement ne s’engage pas
dans la bride de support sur plus de la moitié
de sa longueur, inverser les connexions du

différence de conformation, pour appariement avec
des brides différentes.
5. Inspecter pour rechercher d’éventuelles fuites– Le
filetage de raccordement de certaines douchettes
peut être plus court, et la jointure peut alors ne pas
être étanche. Le produit est fourni avec 2 joints
épais additionnels, pour l’élimination d’une fuite.
Remplacer les joints présents sur les raccords du
tuyau par les joints plus épais fournis, bien serrer
les raccords, puis effectuer une autre recherche
des fuites. Dans certains cas (assez rares) il peut
être nécessaire de placer deux joints superposés
dans chaque raccord pour pouvoir réaliser des
connexions exemptes de fuite.
Garantie limitée - cinq ans
Conserver la facture d’achat, qui devra être
présentée avec toute demande de recours à la
garantie. Water Pik, Inc. garantit à l’acheteur initial de
ce produit qu’il ne comporte aucun vice de matériau
ou de fabrication, pour une période de 5 ans à partir
de la date d’achat. Water Pik, Inc. décidera à sa
discrétion de remplacer tout composant du produit jugé
défectueux par Water Pik, sous réserve que le produit
n’ait pas fait l’objet d’un usage abusif et qu’il n’ait pas
