Faucet Warranty Information
Water Creation faucets are guaranteed to be free from leakage and drip during
the period of normal use to the original consumer purchaser, and all parts and
finishes will be free from defect in material and workmanship. All faucets with
ceramic disc cartridges carry a limited lifetime warranty on the cartridges. Finish
Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty for Chrome finish and 10 years for all other
finishes. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from original consumer
purchaser must be made available for all warranty claims. Water Creation will
replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the warranty period, any part, which is proven
defective in material and/or workmanship under the condition of normal use. This
warranty will ONLY cover replacement of defective parts and finish. LABOR
CHARGES AND/OR DAMAGES INCURRED DURING INSTALLATION, REPAIR, OR
REPLACEMENT CHARGES ARE EXCLUDED. THE USE OF BATHROOM/TILE
CLEANERS, AND/OR ANY ABRASIVE MATERIAL, OR CHEMICALS FOR CLEANING
PURPOSES WILL VOID WARRANTY. Liability under all warranties expressed or
implied is limited to replacement of defective goods. This warranty does not cover
shipping costs, labor costs, or any other charges for such items as installation, or
replacement of any faucet or component parts, or any other expense or loss.
This is Water Creation’s exclusive written warranty.
