INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Rubber Universal Top Flap 60 Plow

Drill & 1/4 Bit

 Wrench 7/16

Tape Measure

Metal or Wood Clamps

III. Installation

Note: The rubber flap is universal and can be used on the 48", 54" and 60" plows. Trimming is

required for the 48" and 54" plows.

1. Using a tape measure, locate the center of the plow and mark the location on the top edge of the

plow.

2. Drill a ¼ hole in the center of the plow 1¾ inch down from the top edge.

3. Align the center hole on the rubber flap to the hole previously drilled and secure using the supplied

hardware. & position the flap so that it is parallel with the plow, and secure both ends with clamps.

4. Using the rubber flap as a template you will drill a series of holes in the plow, 6 additional holes for

a 48" plow, and 8 additional holes for a 54"& 60" plow.

5. Fasten with the supplied hardware and torque down to 18 ft-lbs.

Note: If using a 60" plow, it is not necessary to drill the holes located 4" from the outside edges the

rubber flap.
